Data Deletion Instructions

If you remove MyReelsAuto from Facebook, the app can no longer access your Facebook account or Pages. To delete data already stored by MyReelsAuto, follow the request steps below.

1. Remove MyReelsAuto from Facebook

1. Open Facebook.
2. Go to Settings & privacy.
3. Open Settings.
4. Open Apps and Websites.
5. Find MyReelsAuto.
6. Select Remove.

2. Delete a Saved Connection in MyReelsAuto

If you have access to the MyReelsAuto dashboard, open the Facebook connection or channel management page and use the delete or disconnect action for the saved Facebook connection. This removes the saved connection and connected Page records from the application where supported.

3. Request Manual Data Deletion

To request deletion of account or Facebook-connected data stored by MyReelsAuto, send an email to ryanmitchell271293odc@hotmail.com with the subject line:

MyReelsAuto Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your Facebook name or account email used with the app.
• The Facebook Page name or Page ID, if known.
• A short statement that you want MyReelsAuto to delete your connected data.

4. What We Delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize data associated with the connected account where legally and technically possible, including:

• Saved Facebook connection records.
• Stored Page destination records.
• Stored access credentials or tokens.
• Non-essential publishing metadata linked to the request.

5. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit integrity, or prevention of duplicate publishing. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

6. Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verification. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you using the email address provided in the request.
