1. Who We Are

MyReelsAuto is a publishing support application for authorized Facebook Page administrators. The application is used to connect Facebook Pages, manage publishing destinations, upload videos or Reels, and monitor publishing results through official Meta APIs.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on permissions granted by the user and Meta, MyReelsAuto may process:

• Facebook account identity information needed for login, such as user ID, name, and email address when available.
• Facebook Page information, including Page ID, Page name, Page category, Page access status, and connected Page list.
• Publishing information, including uploaded video metadata, captions, post status, external post or video ID, timestamps, and error messages returned by provider APIs.
• Access tokens or authorization credentials required to publish content. These credentials are stored securely and are not shown publicly.
• Technical logs needed to operate the service, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate authorized users.
• Display Facebook Pages and publishing destinations that the user is allowed to manage.
• Publish videos, Reels, captions, and related metadata to selected Pages.
• Check publishing status and show upload results.
• Maintain audit logs, prevent duplicate publishing, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.
• Comply with Meta Platform policies, legal requirements, and security obligations.

4. Facebook Platform Data

MyReelsAuto only requests Facebook permissions that are required for Page management and publishing workflows. Data received from Meta is used only for the features described in this policy. We do not sell Facebook Platform Data. We do not use Facebook Platform Data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or unauthorized third-party sharing.

5. Content Published Through the App

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and authority to publish any video, image, text, caption, or other content uploaded through MyReelsAuto. Public content is published only when the authorized user chooses or configures a public publishing workflow.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect security, or communicate with Meta and connected provider APIs as part of the user's authorized publishing workflow.

7. Data Retention

We retain connected account records, Page destination records, publishing logs, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate publishing, comply with legal obligations, or maintain operational security. Users may request deletion as described in the Data Deletion page.

8. Security

MyReelsAuto uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data. Access tokens and credentials are treated as sensitive information. No internet-based service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.

9. User Choices and Rights

Users may:

• Remove MyReelsAuto from Facebook settings.
• Delete a saved Facebook connection inside the application when available.
• Request deletion of Facebook-connected data by following the instructions at Data Deletion.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information.

10. Children's Privacy

MyReelsAuto is intended for business and administrative use by authorized Page managers. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
