Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MyReelsAuto, you agree to these Terms and to all applicable platform rules, including Meta Platform Terms and Facebook Page policies. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Authorized Use

MyReelsAuto is intended for users who are authorized to manage the Facebook Pages or other publishing destinations they connect. You must only connect accounts, Pages, and destinations that you own or are authorized to administer.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining control of your account and connected provider permissions.
• Ensuring all uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Reviewing captions, titles, metadata, and publishing settings before publication.
• Complying with Meta, Facebook, YouTube, and other connected provider policies.
• Promptly revoking access if you no longer want MyReelsAuto to manage a Page or destination.

4. Publishing and Public Visibility

MyReelsAuto may publish videos, Reels, captions, and related metadata according to your selected settings and available provider permissions. Content visibility depends on user configuration, provider API behavior, Page settings, platform review status, and platform policy enforcement.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use MyReelsAuto to:

• Publish content that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or infringing.
• Bypass platform restrictions, rate limits, app review requirements, or security controls.
• Upload malware, unauthorized tracking code, or content that interferes with service operation.
• Misrepresent identity, ownership, authorization, or Page control.
• Spam, manipulate engagement, or violate connected provider policies.

6. Third-Party Platforms

MyReelsAuto depends on third-party APIs and services, including Meta APIs. These providers may change permissions, limits, review requirements, content policies, or technical behavior. We are not responsible for provider downtime, moderation decisions, rejected uploads, removed content, or API changes.

7. Credentials and Access Tokens

You authorize MyReelsAuto to use provider credentials and access tokens for the limited purpose of operating the features you enable. You may revoke access through the provider's settings or request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but MyReelsAuto is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or successful publishing to third-party platforms.

9. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if we believe there is unauthorized use, policy violation, security risk, legal risk, provider restriction, or misuse of automation features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyReelsAuto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, failed publication, account restriction, or provider platform action.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or provider policies change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
